Amy Richard
Amy Richard, creative partner

"Designer, communicator, idea generator and a belief in not leaving better to the future."
 Amy has had the experience of growing up around horses. Through hard work and a keen eye for details, she kept ponies coats gleaming and bridle buckles shining. In 1993 Amy pursued equine studies in college and later followed up with a major in graphic design. The goal became about integrating her long time love of riding with her creative side.
 As creative director and co-founder of Be Better Studios, Amy brings with her a hard-working nature and applied strategy to make any company's brand shine. During her career, Amy has created award-winning work, ranging from identities and brand creation, environmental graphic design, annual reports and web design. Her passion has never waned and she enjoys sharing her inspirations with others.
 Some notable awards include CASE (Council for Advancement and support of Education), BoNE (Best of New England) Show, and NHCC (New Hampshire Creative Club). Projects featured in Rockport publishers, The Best Invitation, Card, and Announcement Design, and Graphis.

Ethan Sager
Ethan Sager, web developer & sound designer

Experimenting with synthesized sound for over 10 years, Ethan has spent some of his happiest moments in front of a knob and push button interface creating textures of sound that communicate creative ideas.
 This love for communication and programming has carried over into other disciplines, including computer programming. Building on professional experience working with complex web applications, the internet is his chosen battlefield for applying knowledge and faith in communicative technologies and the creative potential they provide.
 Ethan believes these programming languages are but tools through which a creative voice could resonate at its most effective decibels. Whether it's a business idea, an artistic motive, or an email to your mom, chances are creativity could only communicate your message better.
