Maria Kon­nikova is a mas­ter­ful writer that has a tal­ent for explor­ing the inter­sec­tion between lit­er­a­ture and psy­chol­ogy. A grad­u­ate magna cum laude from Har­vard Uni­ver­sity, she stud­ied psy­chol­ogy, cre­ative writ­ing, and gov­ern­ment, and is cur­rently a doc­toral can­di­date in Psy­chol­ogy at Colum­bia Uni­ver­sity.
