We are happy to announce a new website for a new non-profit startup called the Still Us Foundation in Moore County, NC! The Still Us Foundation presents a new model of dementia care, rooted in belonging, purpose, and human connection. They believe the lived experience of dementia is changeable. The way they care shapes how dementia is lived. Each part of the dementia care circle needs and deserves more and better care.
Still Us Foundation is founded by Dr. Karen D. Sullivan, a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist and owner of Pinehurst Neuropsychology, Moore County’s only dementia-devoted practice. Karen’s vision for creating the world’s first dementia sanctuary in Moore County is a noble pursuit. She has assembled an excellent team of professionals on the board and have successfully raised enough capital to begin bringing the vision to life!
